How can people worried about their spouses’ behavior around the kids protect themselves?
You can agree to wear green socks every other Thursday if you both sign on the dotted line. When you draft mutual conditions that apply equally to both spouses, even if one is targeted, both spouses will agree, comply, and protect their children. What you put in your divorce agreement will become part of a binding order and will become enforceable in court.
