How can a person who suffers from depression not be affected especially adversely after divorce?
At least 80% of depression can be treated successfully, so your odds are good, but you at least have to be aware of how your condition affects your life. Vague health conditions shouldn’t (and often can’t) be addressed in a mediated divorce agreement, but actions can be. You can stipulate what the affected parent can or cannot do around the children.
