Can you force an addicted person to get treatment?

Yes, you can force a parent to protect their children from the parent’s own stupidity. A child should not have to be at the mercy of a selfish choice. Specify in the agreement how the behavior impacts the children, how and where it will be treated, what will trigger the treatment, and who will pay.
