Can you travel outside the country with the children?
Chances are, you won’t end up on 20/20 as one of those families where a parent takes off for Libya with the children. However, you still have to follow the law about getting consent from the other parent before you cross an international border. Most parents have no problem exchanging this permission. However, if you have an inkling that you shouldn’t let your kids cross the border, follow your gut and don’t sign the form.
