Do transitions between homes cause school problems?

How would you like your employer to inform you suddenly that you now had two different work locations and that they could change whenever the boss wanted? If you’re concerned about feeling marginalized by not having as many overnights with your kids during the week, consider how marginalized they’d feel if they flunked out of school. Either agree to have one home base during the school week for the children, or alternate weeks, or at the very least, specify in your divorce agreement your rationale for the parenting time schedule you have chosen.
